Easy to start, hopeless to change anything

Opening a Pension is pretty straightforward. After that it's a nightmare, changing the amount, adding funds, transferring in, all are just sent (badly) to a 3rd party to do. It's like stepping back 20 years but with a nice front end. "Not this department sir".... "Oh dear the digits seems to have been transposed", "no we have no idea when the money will reach your account", "the terms and conditions say......" Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Clear, transparent and honest

I have been a client for almost 8 years and my experience has been great overall, Nutmeg is clear on what they do and how they do it, provide relevant information and feedback and give me a clear feeling that my investments are in good hands with them. Peace of mind pension

I transferred an old pension to Nutmeg through the app and the process was so easy. Nutmeg took care of everything for me. I was worried about such a large sum being transferred to my Nutmeg pension but the communication from Nutmeg was amazing and kept me informed without getting into the complicated financial jargon.
