Transparency and customer service

Scope of iMPROVEMENT

Would highly recommend Nutmeg!

I moved my pension pot to Nutmeg 4 years ago and have not regretted my decision. The website is easy to navigate and on the dashboard you can see immediately how your pot is doing. I also needed some advice recently on whether to start drawing down some of my funds and I had a deep and thorough telephone discussion with one of their experts about all the pros and cons so that I was then in a position to make an informed decision.
