Good Quote, but rubbish customer service

I took out medical cover travel insurance for my husband for a cruise we were going on in December 2016. To keep the cost down I went for a policy with a £75 excess. My thinking for this was I would be more than happy to pay £75 if per chance he took unwell whilst on board ship. Part of the deal we had with the cruise company we had one night in a hotel in Barcelona. Hotel was based in La Ramblas and it was a good hotel. Never for one minute did I think my husband would have his backpack stolen whilst sitting in the Hotel restaurant! , but that is what happened. We had to replace the medication stolen. My claim was for £88.48, but with a £75 excess that left my claim total of £13.48. First they said they did not receive my paperwork, but would get someone to phone my back, which they never. Luckily I had proof the documents had been sent and when I phoned them back and said so, he presto they found my claim forms. Next they gave me back £9:05 so again i had to phone back and point out to them I had with my claim forms given proof by a copy of my credit card statement that I should have been given £13:48. I have just heard that they now acknowledge the underpayment, but I am still waiting on the £4:43 to hit my bank account. I also had non medical insurance with another company and was paid within one week. Will never use Just Travel again. Reviewed on: 12th February 2017

Peace of mind in a difficult world.

Travelling overseas as an elderly couple to the United States can be a worrying experience, but being insured by Just Travel takes away that stress. This an experienced company providing assurance that, should the worst happen while enjoying your longed for holiday, you will be quickly dealt with in an emergency. We highly recommend Just Travel. No price increase!

My annual insurance policy when last renewed had no increase in price from the previous year. My policy was also tailored to me concentrating on the important such as personal liability, medical and repatriation. And because I mentioned a code I had seen on yell.com or in the Yellow Pages I actually received a small discount which made the latest policy less in price than the previous. Last minute travel insurance

Had to make an unexpected return journey to USA after a two week holiday in Orlando . Had taken single trip insurance for that trip . Went back to this company and took out same cover but this time for a full year . Easy to complete on line and excellent variety of cover options to choose from . All very reasonably priced .
