Review of the Just Travel Cover, Travel insurance:

Good Quote, but rubbish customer service

I took out medical cover travel insurance for my husband for a cruise we were going on in December 2016. To keep the cost down I went for a policy with a £75 excess. My thinking for this was I would be more than happy to pay £75 if per chance he took unwell whilst on board ship. Part of the deal we had with the cruise company we had one night in a hotel in Barcelona. Hotel was based in La Ramblas and it was a good hotel. Never for one minute did I think my husband would have his backpack stolen whilst sitting in the Hotel restaurant! , but that is what happened. We had to replace the medication stolen. My claim was for £88.48, but with a £75 excess that left my claim total of £13.48. First they said they did not receive my paperwork, but would get someone to phone my back, which they never. Luckily I had proof the documents had been sent and when I phoned them back and said so, he presto they found my claim forms. Next they gave me back £9:05 so again i had to phone back and point out to them I had with my claim forms given proof by a copy of my credit card statement that I should have been given £13:48. I have just heard that they now acknowledge the underpayment, but I am still waiting on the £4:43 to hit my bank account. I also had non medical insurance with another company and was paid within one week. Will never use Just Travel again. Reviewed on: 12th February 2017

Worthwhile Insurance

Have used Just Travel Cover Insurance a few times now. Extremely happy with the cover and the cost. Have no problems in recommending for your travel insurance. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2018

Hassle free quote and excellent price.

Easy to follow right through to medical history. Only reason for four star customer experience is because I have not experienced making a claim and hope I do not. Reviewed on: 20th August 2018

Excellent service and prices for travel insurance

Telephoned Just cover insurance for a holiday quote to Australia in December, within no time the young Lady had taken my dates and details and medical history and gave me a quote which was very good. I used to hate getting holiday insurance because it used to take so long with Just cover it is straight forward and extremely quick and everything is covered in the questioning.
