Review of the Just Travel Cover, Travel insurance:

Good Quote, but rubbish customer service

I took out medical cover travel insurance for my husband for a cruise we were going on in December 2016. To keep the cost down I went for a policy with a £75 excess. My thinking for this was I would be more than happy to pay £75 if per chance he took unwell whilst on board ship. Part of the deal we had with the cruise company we had one night in a hotel in Barcelona. Hotel was based in La Ramblas and it was a good hotel. Never for one minute did I think my husband would have his backpack stolen whilst sitting in the Hotel restaurant! , but that is what happened. We had to replace the medication stolen. My claim was for £88.48, but with a £75 excess that left my claim total of £13.48. First they said they did not receive my paperwork, but would get someone to phone my back, which they never. Luckily I had proof the documents had been sent and when I phoned them back and said so, he presto they found my claim forms. Next they gave me back £9:05 so again i had to phone back and point out to them I had with my claim forms given proof by a copy of my credit card statement that I should have been given £13:48. I have just heard that they now acknowledge the underpayment, but I am still waiting on the £4:43 to hit my bank account. I also had non medical insurance with another company and was paid within one week. Will never use Just Travel again. Reviewed on: 12th February 2017

Excellent service and outstanding products !!!!

I have used Just Travel Insurance several times already, and highly recommend the Company to Friends.,Family and anyone who wants good insurance at a very competitive price. The Service Operaters are excellent,very helpful and provide all quotations for the individual needs. They are never pushy,but offer good advice in helping one choose a suitable insurance. Value for money cover

Fantastic customer experiance

Excellent Service & Prices

Have used Just Travel Cover for a number of years and always find them to be the most competitive on price and the range of products on offer. The website is very easy to navigate and produces prices immediately. I have had occasion to phone customer services at Just Travel Cover and the staff were very helpful and patient and helped me sort out a query on my quote. Excellent service

I was really worried about getting holiday insurance after having had cancer but I was pleasantly surprised after using Just Travel. It was a simple process to go through and I was confident I got the best deal for me. As I result I have used them again for my next holiday and it was an even better deal than the first one.
