Lost trip to Australia !!

To have to claim on travel insurance means you will have had some kind of loss or emergency change of plans. I had a trip booked to go to Australia to celebrate my retirement and to visit old friends. unfortunately less than a week before I was due to fly I became ill and had to spend 4 days in hospital. The doctor told me that I wouldn't be able to fly for at least a month after my discharge from the hospital.! I called 'just travel' from my hospital bed , told them the situation and when I left hospital I had to send a form which was signed by the doctor explaining my situation etc. 'Just travel' reimbursed me for my flight cost , less the excess, within a few weeks. Although I was unhappy to lose my trip to Australia I was happy to get most of my money back . I was expecting to have to fight for it but 'just travel' were very good, and I would recommend them to anyone else . Reviewed on: 30th September 2017

Peace of mind if anything should happen to go wrong.

Two years ago I had booked a holiday with Mercury Holidays and also Booked my just Travel insurance. About two months before the holiday I was quite ill and had to go to hospital. After under going tests they advised me to counsel my Holiday as I had to have an operation. Thanks to Just Travel Cover I was able to claim all I had payed to Mercury. Always get Just Travel Cover insurance as soon as you have booked your holiday you never know what may happen. Reviewed on: 28th September 2017

Excellent cover and customer service

I've a pre-existing medical condition which my previous insurers tried to charge me an extra £1,100 for when it became more serious but treatable in 2015. I called Just Travel Cover and they gave me tailored cover which is excellent value for money. Their customer service is fantastic too and I've been with them ever since.
