Travel Insurance with Health Issues

I struggled to find Travel Insurance due to several health issues. Just Travel provided me with an annual policy for Europe with competitive rate taking into account my health issues. Staff were helpful and answered my questions to ensure I had appropriate cover. Without h them I would not be enjoying holidays abroad. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2023

It's getting very expensive

My experience of travel insurance for underlying health conditions started positively around 5 years ago but in the pastb2 years have found it to more and more expensive as my health conditions haven't changed i don't understand how it's tripled in price in that 2 year period. Having said that I can't find any other company to match the price let alone improve on it. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Family emergency so had to cancel holiday.

We had a family emergency so had to cancel holiday. Two days before we were due to fly.It was easy to complete a claim, customer service were very supportive. We were informed all the way through our claim. Which we were given a full refund of the holiday. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

A happy customer for several years.

I have been a customer for several years now. My mum had travel insurance with just travel and sadly had a serious accident whilst on holiday. Just travel were brilliant from start to finish in helping to get her home as quickly as possible. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

.Get it right first time with Just Travel Cover

I have used Just Travel Cover for years as I find the cover offered around my needs are always the cheapest. I have to declare medical problems but always find the premium to be fair and exact. During Covid I needed to cancel a policy as travel wasn’t allowed I contacted Jyst Travel Cover not expecting to get a refund but the money was returned to me straight away by friendly customer service. I have not had to contact them again as I find the online process to be easy but thorough - avoiding any mistakes . It’s always a bonus when I receive a discount code as well! Loyalty would be nice

Ive found filling forms out quite easy. Only 1 issue is loyalty .I've been taking travel insurance out for years and they don't give any loyalty discount,but not many do. Ive used the phone service a couple times and 100% service very helpful. Better than others . Im actually hoping to book more insurance soon Reviewed on: 7th October 2025
