I've Recommended Just Travel To Everyone I've Spoke To About Holidays

"Dreaded making the enquiry for my travel insurance renewal but was aided by a lady, Sam I think her name was, who made it so simple and at the end of it all compared to last year it was almost half price and includes luggage cover. I have no hesitation in recommending Just Travel Cover to anyone looking for travel insurance.". While on holiday in September I spoke to various people and the conversation always got round to holiday costs and they couldn't believe the difference in insurance costs, especially how cheap ours was compared to theirs. Needless to say if I were on commission next years holidays would be free. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2023

Steer clear of this company

While on holiday in Turkey my partner had a fall and in addition to head and body injuries suffered a dislocated shoulder. Contacted emergency number and then followed all of the instructions. Paid for scans, medication and policy excess whilst on holiday but trying to recover tgese is a nightmare, even with all receipts, e mails from emergency service, hospital report and photographic evidence of the injuries they are still disputing the claim.They use every excuse saying they did not receive certain documents despite these being sent. When you resend they start again from the beginning. Will no doubt finish up with the Ombudsman service. Best advice is GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This company is not really wirth 1 star and would not recommend them to an enemy. Reviewed on: 14th September 2023

Excellent service and product

Supported my dad to get cover for his trip to the USA. He received excellent service even though he can be a tricky customer. Super helpful, patient and knowledgeable staff. Oz holiday

Most disappointed. Holiday of a lifetime was curtailed due to covid. Had to quarantine in Sydney and fly home early. All costs refused due to policy wording although it appeared that covid would be covered. Will go to ombudsman. What is travel insurasnce for if not this? Reviewed on: 27th August 2023

Affordable travel insurance for people with preexisting condition

I was grateful when I found out that there's an affordable travel insurance for people with preexisting conditions. Previously, I was getting travel insurance from a different company but it was quite expensive. Just Travel, on the other hand, gave me a quite and it was very affordable. I was debating if it'd be 5 starts for overall rating, but I haven't needed to file a claim and I don't know how good (or not good) it is. That usually decides my overall rating for a company; hence, I am giving 4 stars for now. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023

Aus trip/cruise

Very disappointed in that our trip was cut short by covid with two weeks left in Australia. Travelled home after isolation but all costs rejected by claims advisor. Still going on after 3 months and will go to ombudsman. What is travel insurance for ? Reviewed on: 14th August 2023
