Genius idea which allows either a one off monthly payment or the cost split into 3 payments. Lots of choice when it comes to retailers and there seem to be more coming on board to offer the option of paying with KLARNA. KLARNA Bank has lifted my spirits during the very negative Covid months. Great until you need to speak to customer service

Twice I processed a payment through their app to pay the balance of my account and twice the payment did not process but Klarna did not inform me it had failed and passed it to debt collectors causing my excellent credit rating to drop by 11 points. When I called to find out why the payment had not processed she couldn’t tell me because she does not have access to “that system”, neither could she escalate it. She also could not tell me why a direct debit had been set up on my account, it was basically the most pointless unhelpful customer service call I have experienced in a long time. Up until this point I thought they were great but I wouldn’t purchase anything through them again. Reviewed on: 29th July 2021

Easy, reliable and hasselfree

I love using Klarna, it is very easy just select it as the option during checkout and its done. Also sends notifications when it's close to the due date of payment. Its hasselfree. Reviewed on: 29th July 2021
