Excellent account, very good App and they seem to be...

Excellent account, very good App and they seem to be reactive to missing features that they then address and include, i.e. Saving Pots. Great Interest rates for positive balance in my current account, Excellent overdraft fees when compared to the aging 'mature banks' that effectively rip customers off.. I have found running this account to be very easy so...

I have found running this account to be very easy so far, being able to add money from my accounts with other banks via instant transfer has been really useful and easy. Only thing I seem to be missing at the moment is somewhere to view the notifications as I can’t find them in app anywhere. Reviewed on: 21st March 2024

Excellent Bank, I've been with Kroo for 11 months and have found the App straightforward and easy to use. I had one minor issue which customer service resolved very quickly, in a friendly and professional manner.
