Good but nothing special.

Don't use it much. Wanted to add account for wife but just couldn't get through the application process as it failed without a reason. Interest rates are average for saving and I don't have any use for current account. Reviewed on: 17th March 2026

Fast and kind response!

My experience of customer service a while back was superb: I was on a ship and couldn't understand why I wasn't able to get into my account. It was all about time differences and my phone not updating... Anyway, customer service were brilliant, even though I felt a bit stupid when it was explained! Reviewed on: 17th March 2026
