Ease of App, adding money, sending money and great interest rate. Although. Direct debit set up could be easier and paying a large invoice/bill which I found a little frustrating. My experience with Kroo has been fantastic.

My experience with Kroo has been fantastic. I ran into virtually no hiccups when signing up, and when I did need help, the team was quick to respond and get everything sorted. Beyond that, it has provided everything it promised (love that 4% on my current account balance!). Reviewed on: 1st March 2024

Happily adjusting to using the Kroo app

My long time bank, which operated online via my lap top, closed down last year so I decided to take a leap of faith with a new banking app. Kroo support was excellent in provided help adjusting to this new way of banking. However, when I was scammed, I felt that Kroo could have been more proactive in tracking the scammers - I had immediately given them all the information they needed to have done so.
