Great interest rate

Kroo is a great current account, easy to manage, with rewarding interest that seems inline with Bank of England rates, rather than being as low as possible. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Amazing

Being less tech savvy and a little older I was a little concerned about using this account for day and day and savings but was pleasantly surprised how easy and straightforward the process was. I have a couple of issues but raised this with the customer services who couldn’t be more helpful and helped me sort out. They were very understanding and understood that I needed a little help using the app. Really appreciated and made the experience even better. Best in class

What can I say? Been with other digital bank and made the move to Kroo recently - account opening was seamless and opened within minutes - was able to use my card in wallet within seconds and card arrived within days. Used the app to raise questions was managed with expertise and the team couldn’t impress me more.
