Simple current account

Been with Kroo since beginning of 2023. Joined for the interest rate on the current account. Moved from lloyds where I gad been for 25 years. So simple to set up. Love the app, easy to use and understand. Very happy with the move, recommended to my family too. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Kroo is amazing

Very helpful customer support, quick to respond if you contact and they do their best to resolve any issues should you encounter any. First foray into online only banking

Slow to get set up, but then good

Initial application process took ~2 weeks, and the app was buggy - they were clearly overwhelmed by applications following their launch of the 3% current account. Since then, I've had a positive experience. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
