Customer care rather than customer service

I rarely have to contact Kroo in person as the App is so helpful & easy to navigate. A while ago however, I did need to talk to someone regarding a large transfer of funds. They were very helpful, proactive and friendly but professional and made a stressful time that little bit easier. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
