Found the application stright forward, even had a cash reward because it took some time to process. Like the fact that it tracks the interest rate, and keeps me informed of my spending. Easy to transfer money into the account, a satisfied customer all round. Reviewed on: 29th March 2024

A Bank that works for its Customers.

I joined Kroo after a recommendation on Martin’s Money Tips and have been delighted. Not only do I get great interest on my account but when I have phoned customer service there has always been someone to answer my call. I also am impressed with their security. I deposited a large sum having sold my flat and they wanted proof of where the money came from. Plus when I transferred it to a money exchange company again the checks were very thorough.
