Great Bank, Excellent Benefits

I opened this account in October and haven’t looked back since, amazing systems and customer service, is amazing, great bank and recommend to everyone. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2023

More than just a bank or app!

I’m so happy I decided to join Kroo. I feel like my money is safe and secure, and that they’re a relatable company. They give me tips on budgeting, their customer service is excellent and not to mention their 3% interest rate and the card itself, which looks so sleek in my purse. Highly recommend to all! Fantastic

I’ve had such a brilliant experience with Kroo. So easy to set up and app is really well thought out and easy to use. Your card also looks amazing and even better it’s biodegradable once you’re done with it. Simply notifications, which keeps you updated on what you’ve earned with their whooping 3.03% AER! Never reply ???

You cannot get a reply from them ever by chat or email I've been trying to close my account for over a month now and still no reply after many emails !!.......Avoid them ! Reviewed on: 21st February 2023

Best Easy-access Interest!

As of 1st Feb (I may be a couple of weeks out of date, but life's short!) Kroo offered the best interest rate for Easy Access savers/current accounts, at 3.03% gross (2.99% AER). That gets the win for me ;) Reviewed on: 21st February 2023

Kroo seem totally unprepared for having customers

Worst experience ever in opening an account. Have heard nothing since January and now been waiting over 3 weeks. Not a jot of communication from Kroo. Twitter full of similar stories. Will be cancelling my application as makes me wonder how any of their services would be, especially if needed a speedy response about an urgent money matter. Account opened in minutes!

I was impressed by the 3.03% on balances up to 85k so I opened an account. The sign up process was really easy, I downloaded the app, filled out my details, took a picture of my driving licence and recorded a short video. It said that it would take up to 10 days to review my application, but I got a notification 5 minutes later to say the account was open! I transferred some of my savings over right away - I’d highly recommend. Reviewed on: 11th February 2023
