When I didn’t have a trusted bank to go to I found Kroo and it’s been my bank for while now, the customer service is great, the app is interactive and the updates in regard to fraud awareness and bank literacy is excellent wouldn’t trade it for another bank Reviewed on: 31st March 2026

A friend recommended Kroo to me and I'm very glad that he did. I find using the Kroo app generally very easy. On the very odd occasion I've needed to ask for help, I've found it readily available. Transaction information appears promptly, which is really helpful. I am very much considering opening an ISA with Kroo in the coming tax year. Reviewed on: 31st March 2026
