Fun, fast and reliable

I’ve always found Kroos customer service to have dealt with any issues really quickly. I find the app easy to use and like the regular update of features. Reviewed on: 18th January 2022

The refreshing service you want from the new kid on the block!

I use the services of a fair few banks, and can honestly say that a number of them are stuck in their ways and consider themselves “here to stay”. Whilst that might be true, their customer service teams could learn a thing or two from Kroo! No monotone here, just good vibes and a genuine desire to sort your problem and have you on your way! Plant a tree and amazing app!

I love the fact that when I first joined Kroo planted a tree due to my sign up. It shows that they really do back up what they and and align with my environmental values. Their app is super easy to use and it only took me minutes to get my account up and running! Their card is also a unique colour and it’s made of biodegradable material if I’m not mistaken!
