Opened the account in March 24.

Opened the account in March 24. Very simple and easy to use. I just literally move all spare cash into the account as and when there is any, and every month I get a great return in interest. So far so good, would highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 22nd October 2024

First Rate Kroo Current Account and App

The application process for my current account, using the app was straightforward, quick and a smooth process. The instructions were easy to follow and my account was opened within 15 minutes. It is bright and modern looking app and it is easy to navigate on my phone. The functionality is great, especially now with the savings 'pots'. Customer service is excellent via the chat function and I know my money is safe, having the layers of security when making transactions. I recommended the app and account to my daughter and she found the process faultless. I recently recommended a friend too, who has just joined Kroo. I like how Kroo are invested in the planet, with the planting of trees - showing part of their commitment to ESG. The fact that this is a current account with an extremely competitive AER makes joining Kroo even more worthwhile. Reviewed on: 17th March 2024
