Leek - better than highstreet lenders!!!

Leek was able to out-compete much larger highstreet lenders by (to our surprise) offering the most competitive rate for us - we are x2 first time buyers, purchasing a new build apartment with a 5% deposit. We were aware prior to setting up our mortgage that all of these factors will limit the mortgage products available to us (resulting in increased mortgage rates). Leek were able to offer the lowest mortgage rates and also completed all checks within a swift turnaround period - which meant no hold ups for moving into our newbuild which was excellent. Positive experience from the start and even with remortgaging. Highly recommend and often mention Leeks to my friends. Leek Mortgage Agreement for First Time Buyers

We had a very positive experience when applying and being approved for our mortgage. Leek were excellent throughout the whole process and provided top quality customer service. Buy to let

Wanted a buy to let mortgage, provided the necessary information however we were not accepted, then we provided the same information to natwest and were accepted immediately. We had been working on this project for the last 10 years and at the end we were a small amount of money short. After securing a loan with natwest we were left with a property worth 1.2 million pounds with a mortgage of £100,000 paying £3000 per in rent per month.
