So nice for a small town like Congleton to have a Building society that cares about its customers, Always greet you by name, nothing is to much trouble, makes sure that you are on the best deal for your savings and Judith always asks about your personal health and well being. Customer Service at it’s Best

We went into our branch to pay money into my daughter’s saving account. She is 13 but very shy, as a way to help build her confidence I encouraged her to interact with the lady at the counter. She was reluctant but the lady (Judith) was extremely friendly and welcoming. I think she could see what I was trying to do - she asked if my daughter was saving for anything nice. Her pleasant demeanour made the whole situation easy and after leaving my daughter was on top of the world. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025
