Very good and efficient, branches are always clean and tidy, branches are also very dog friendly and welcoming. Some of the forms can be a little over complicated and sometimes there’s a lot of paper waste on some posted forms Reviewed on: 13th January 2025

5 star service always at St Edward Street Branch

I visit the branch at least once a month to get my passbooks updating and do a withdrawal. Becky, Lucy, Kayleigh, Amy, Sarah & Joe are always so welcoming and friendly and so efficient in how they serve me. Not only do I receive a warm welcome and great customer experience but every time I visit I always see every other customer getting the same experience too.
