Great service from a real person not a 'chat bot'

When I have contacted Leek Building Society, either by phone or in person, the staff have always been helpful and polite, and I never have to wait long to speak to someone. They appear to take online security very seriously so I am confident that my money is safe with them and if I have any issues with my password, which I sometimes forget, the staff are always efficient in helping me to solve the problem. They offer good savings rates that are competitive with other building societies. In essence, I love the Leek because it feels smaller and more personal than other financial institutions and I am always treated as, and by a person and not an Ai 'chat bot.' Warmth, courtesy and helpfulness

Every time I go into Leek Building Society I have been treated with warmth, courtesy and helpfulness. The society is open on a Saturday morning as well as during the week and I can always speak face to face with someone. Reviewed on: 13th January 2025

Excellent local savings and service for all the family

We visited one of our local branches to get some advice on the best savings accounts to set up. The member of staff there was really informative and we have been really happy with the savings accounts that are set up hopefully we'll have enough savings for a house deposit soon! All our 3 children have a Humprey account and we love taking them to our Local branch in Cheadle everyone there always makes us feel welcome and the children love having a trip to put their pennies in the building society! :-) Reviewed on: 13th January 2025
