Excellent customer service at Leek Building Society

Leek Building Society are leaders in the field of customer service. When other banks and building societies are closing branches or reducing hours Leek are doing the opposite. They retain branches and well trained staff provide great assistance. I had a recent issue with access to my online savings account and staff in the Leek Derby St branch helped me to sort it out.
