Exceptional customer service

Annabelle was fantastic throughout my transition from Halifax to Leek BS. Understanding of my concerns about the FSCS limit and explored all the options available to me to keep my money accessible and safe. I walked into the branch and Annabelle saw me straight away, as I was extremely concerned over the banking crisis I had seen on the news. Always Incredibly Helpful

Each of the branches has excellent staff who are always very helpful. Recently I was told my signature had changed and the staff member checked previous documents and found a couple with matching signatures. I felt that the security of my account was bring taken seriously but I was not obstructed from being able to access my savings. Reviewed on: 27th March 2023
