We had our mortgage there we have savings ,and we save for the grandchildren there also ,all different products but the same level of first class service over many years,the staff are amazing. Just over two years ago I lost my husband suddenly,they helped me tremendously sorting my accounts ,paperwork etc all with respect and compassion ,it was good to have real people helping you and not some AI on the end of a telephone or someone who couldn't understand me on the phone in another country. Small savings

I only have small amounts of savings and wanted to make the most of them. I was directed towards a cash ISA that had a good interest rate and told about the issues associated with them. Good customer service all the time. Reviewed on: 19th January 2026
