Overall, my experience with Lendable was smooth and efficient. The application process was straightforward, with clear instructions at each step. I particularly appreciated how quickly I received a decision—it made the whole process feel transparent and reliable. The interface was user-friendly and easy to navigate, even on mobile. Uploading documents and verifying my details was hassle-free, which saved me a lot of time compared to traditional lenders. One area that could be improved is customer support response time. While the help resources were useful, it took a bit longer than expected to get a reply to my specific query. On the positive side, the loan terms were clearly explained, with no hidden surprises. The repayment schedule and interest rates were presented in a way that was easy to understand, helping me make an informed decision. Overall, I would rate my experience 4 out of 5.
