Good, helpful , quick and efficient

The customer service is very friendly and helpful, I applied for my loan and didn’t take time to transfer the money. They are very good and when I contacted them for one of my direct debits they sorted it out quickly , didn’t wait much longer on the phone. They deserve the award 100%. Great service, no hassle great platform.

All positives from me, i was issued the loan with ease the platform is excellent and very clear! (something which is hard to find these days) i was happy with the rates and had no problems, I make my payment every month and its nice to see the clear schedule counting down. I even like the login process with the link to email, i wish more service companies did that. genuinely impressed and happy with this service. already recommended to a friend who was looking for a loan. Great rate and good communication, each month an email confirms your direct debit date. Always know when the payment will leave your account. Was very easy to apply. They have a calculater so you can see if you need to borrow more. Reviewed on: 26th March 2026
