Great customer service and website!

Whenever I’ve had to speak to customer services, all staff have been kind and very helpful! The security measures to login in are also very good. Helpful to receive emails each month before the direct debit. I like how the website has your loan (or loans in my case) and can you can see the historical payments you’ve made and the upcoming ones.
