Dealt directly with Robert who was great,

As the owner of 2 British Short Hair cats the costs for insurance from other providers was extortionate. I spoke to Robert Amphlett and he gave me the cost for all the different levels of cover and outlined what was included. Unlike other companies there was no scaremongering - it was simply this is what we do, why and how much - Full Transparency! We also had the issue of staging the insurance cover due to age and receiving Morris and Dougie which was again professionally handled. Insurance is a thing that you often threat about doing - but on this occasion it was not the case. Could not recommend enough! Reviewed on: 28th August 2020

Faultless and stress free service

We’ve had a few issues with our sensitive Weimaraner each year which has required veterinary care a few times. Obviously a nervous time with high cost levels but the claim process and speed of payment from Lifetime pet cover has been second to none. I’m really confident my Weimaraner and I will be very well looked after if he has any issues in the future. Reviewed on: 28th August 2020

Excellent service

I had two claims submitted within 2 weeks both of which have been settled really quickly. There was no problem contacting them when I wanted to know how to claim. They were aways helpful and sent my claim form immediately in the version I asked for. I have already renewed my insurance policy for another year. Reviewed on: 28th August 2020

Taking the stress out of making a claim

When my little dog became ill I was so upset and stressed but help and advice was at hand and lifetime pet cover were so helpful both answering questions and sending the claim form. No fuss great service

Extremely satisfied

Chose Lifetime Pet Cover initially based on the low premium for the high level of cover. Our dog then unfortunately had two claims in one year and the claims process and payout couldn’t have been easier - full vet payment covered (minus the excess of course) and payout was very quick. Our renewal inevitably has gone up a lot, but still the most competitive and it’s nice to have an insurer we can trust. Reviewed on: 27th August 2020

Reliable, simple & cheap

I bought my first ever puppy a few months ago and didn’t really know much about insurance, lifetime pet cover made it super easy for me to sign up and explained everything to a fine detail ensuring me I was getting the correct cover.
