Lifetime dealt with the sad loss of our beloved dog in a compassionate yet efficient manner paying out with no quibbles directly to our vet with very little input from ourselves at this difficult time. Reviewed on: 15th August 2019

Had a problem with my boy with gastroenteritis

Had to take my male dachshund to an out of hours emergency appointment and another appointment at normal veterinary practice for check over, more injections and antibiotics, in less than 24 hour I payed £255 for his treatment, rang Lifetime Pet Cover and they were so sympathetic and understanding. Sent out claims form straight away, I liked how you werent harassed by them ringing you asking numerous questions like most companies around and I was refunded the full money (excluding excess) very quickly.
