Stop Lying

This started out as you needed a vote to be come the greatest pet supplier, now you want a review I would say that was a lie...so as I hate lying and you clearly are lying and I will now presume that the prizes are also bogus that says an awful lot about how we can trust you. An amazing company and people

One of our dogs is currently having chemotherapy, Lifetime pet cover have been fantastic, every claim they settle immediately, never question anything and above all have given us a security and peace of mind at a very difficult and upsetting time, we cannot thank all of them enough, they have the ethos of a proper insurance company and give an excellent service looking after us and more importantly our dog, thank you Reviewed on: 30th September 2017

Beats The Well Known Brands

A little worried about signing up to a little known on line service but it's fabulous, Three pets insured at reasonable prices. My old dog had to have two major ops in succession. No problem. Paid Vet promptly and kept me informed. Was worried a huge premium hike because of op would exclude insurance at renewal but pleasantly surprised and able to insure her again. Charlie's insurance

Took out this insurance policy on my cavalier as it sounded above and beyond what others were offering. I E cover for existing injuries if a vet hasn't been needed for 2 years. Haven't needed to make a claim and I like the family aspect of this company . Reviewed on: 30th September 2017

V0ery responsive

Extremely helpful when my elderly dog required an operation. Everything was in place for a claim if needed. I did not to claim and was assured the enquiry would not affect my premium as I have found to my cost with other insurers. Reviewed on: 30th September 2017
