Price hikes despite no claims in the previous year

I've not needed to use the service to date, but the price increase (25%) in the premium is well above inflation and additional restrictions on cover are a real disappointment. Reviewed on: 15th October 2024

There when we’ve needed them

When we were worried sick when our 4 year old dog developed a serious illness that will last his lifetime they took away one of major concerns. It allowed us to concentrate on keeping Larry as well as possible for as long as possible. Reviewed on: 15th October 2024
