I have applied for a loan from credit union and was concerned that I wouldn’t get it because of my poor credit score and overdrafts. However my application was successful which I was happy about. The Credit Union is very professional in the way they discharge their services. I love them because of this as I have taken couple of loans before and terms of repayment were very competitive. The Credit Union always consistently prioritise customer satisfaction by actively listening to their needs. I will continue to recommend them to families and friends as their excellent services goes beyond meeting customer expectations.
