A real win for people and society

Although there's a low interest rate on savings the thought that it is helping others become financially sound makes it sweeter than the better rates elsewhere. At the end of the day, for most of us, the difference is only a few pence a month but if all toxic finance was eliminated, I'm sure society would be much healthier for all, so I am fine to forfeit the few pennies to take a step towards that. As an organisation, I've always found them responsive on the care occasions I've needed help and the app has been reliable. They've consistently tried to help me have better financial habits the whole time I've been with them, encouraging saving, including with a monthly prize draw account, and warning about toxic credit and loan companies. Overall Experience as a New LCCU Member

I gave those scores as it was easy to apply for a loan using either the app or the website and mostly because the customer service team makes sure that the respond within such a timely manor which is so great from my perspective. I really appreciate the fast service. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025
