The Credit Union is very professional in the way they discharge their services. I love them because of this as I have taken couple of loans before and terms of repayment were very competitive. The Credit Union always consistently prioritise customer satisfaction by actively listening to their needs. I will continue to recommend them to families and friends as their excellent services goes beyond meeting customer expectations. They consistently prioritise customer satisfaction by actively listening to their needs, and providing clear, concise information about the services they render. My experience with LCCU has been positive over the years. Always have great customer service, if i do need to speak to someone, they are very helpful and prompt. Its a great service for people like me who are living paycheque to paycheque. In this cost of living crisis, having somewhere to go to get help during difficult times is really beneficial and has improved my quality of life and mental health. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025
