The Credit Union is the best in the discharge of their services and very professional too. They consistently prioritise customer satisfaction by actively listening to their needs, and providing clear, concise information about the services they render. Also their excellent service goes beyond meeting customer expectations, striving to exceed them and create memorable, positive experiences. My experience with LCCU has been positive over the y...

My experience with LCCU has been positive over the years. Always have great customer service, if i do need to speak to someone, they are very helpful and prompt. Its a great service for people like me who are living paycheque to paycheque. In this cost of living crisis, having somewhere to go to get help during difficult times is really beneficial and has improved my quality of life and mental health. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025
