It's been easy to understand and when I spoke to one of your colleagues on the phone when they did a routine call around to see how setting up the account was and to ask about savings, they were able to clearly explain anything I didn't understand. London Capital Credit Union has been a real support in my life. It’s helped me build good saving habits by letting me put part of my salary aside automatically. I like their ethical approach to lending, no pressure to borrow, but solid help if you really need it. They’re quick, clear, and always helpful.
