This has been the first time I open savings accounts by email. However, they were very easy to open and my first deposits were promptly acknowledged. I'm glad to save with Loughborough Building Society. Reviewed on: 7th March 2025

unsatisfactory technology

1.Your website didn't allow me to send a secure e-mail. 2.My bond matured at midnight 28.02.25. Money not sent to my account until 03.03.25. If you have the capability to move it to a holding account why can't you move it to my account instead? Reviewed on: 3rd March 2025
