Quick and efficient

The process was fairly quick and was sorted within a week. I've gone through 2 loans with them so far and even has the option to temporarily halt my payments for a couple months during the pandemic after I was made redundant. Reviewed on: 6th September 2021

I have been a member for a couple of years now, easy to manage your payments and account through the app, had a couple of issues when the system changed over for renewing a loan but they emailed me and then called me to help me out. i was over joyed to learn the credit union would be able to loan me some money after losing my mother times were hard caring for my father and older brother while grieving, manchester credit union helped at the worst time and i am so thankfull to them, i would reccomend to everybody! There when I needed them

Credit union have helped me a lot I got a child benefit loan off them and I have been with them a few years now they have also let me take money out of my locked savings when I really needed to and I also have recommended them to a few people I know now instead of getting a high interest loan Reviewed on: 12th August 2021

Amazing company

This company help indervidual people and the community are there hubs. I personally have a family loan with them wich help me out by topping it when I am in need ir school uniforms unexpected bill and recently funeral costs. My only fault is when I applied for slightly bigger loan I was refused just on my credit rateing I thought with me never missing a payment thing may of bee. Diffent unfortunately not so I am limited to 500 loan. There customer service is great always reply super fast and top ups are very straight forward. Reviewed on: 12th August 2021
