Easy and convenient

I love how the balance updates straightaway and you can make immediate withdrawals. Other credit unions I’ve been in have not done this. The layout is easy to use and just overall an easy experience! Reviewed on: 18th May 2022

MCU are simply great !

Quick and efficient

The process was fairly quick and was sorted within a week. I've gone through 2 loans with them so far and even has the option to temporarily halt my payments for a couple months during the pandemic after I was made redundant. Reviewed on: 6th September 2021

Stress free

I have been a member for a couple of years now, easy to manage your payments and account through the app, had a couple of issues when the system changed over for renewing a loan but they emailed me and then called me to help me out.
