I care for Mum who is 90, so this account is ideal for mum, who has been given a cash deal from my late fathers pension @ metal box

opening a savings account

I already had an ISA account with you and decided to open a savings account as well and was surprised I had to go through another interview and had to wait a couple of days before I could pay money in meaning three trips to the branch in total, all in all a bit of a pain in the posterior.
