We've always found the staff helpful and attentive to our issues when we have had some awkward queries such as when dealing with our bond which required a renewal process as well as moving some funds to another account when we were'nt going to be around at the time of the bond maturity. Making contact with the Mansfield Building Society

I have only made contact with the Mansfield Building Society through the telephone or the internet, as I live in East Leake which is at the other end of the county. Sometimes it takes a while before I receive a reply, but when it comes it is always courteous and very helpful.
