The service I received was excellent

The service I received was excellent the staff very friendly and the interest rate was good. Reviewed on: 18th September 2023

Failure to adhere to basic instructions.

I gave clear, precise, accurate instructions to close the account requesting a BACS payment of closed funds to a High Street Bank. I provided all the necessary details. What happens ? A cheque is sent instead and now that takes 5 -6 days to clear. Failure to adhere to a simple straight forward request has now caused me a lot of inconvenience and loss of interest. Easy transfer

Good systems but poor interest rate

Good service and IT system only let down by poorer interest rate relative to base rate. Would be very happy to go back to Mansfield BS. Reviewed on: 21st August 2023
