Great service, but rates became less competitive.

Happy with the service, all interactions were professional and courteous. There was times where communications weren't clear but I would have stayed if interest rate was more competitive. Reviewed on: 15th July 2025

Unfair charge for withdrawal.

I was given an option to close my account because of lowered interest rates. I opted to close it. Then found I had to pay £25 to have it transferred to my bank account, I thought this disgusting.I have to say Laura helped me to have my money by cheque very promptly.
