Easy to contact, feel like a valued customer

You can contact the building very easily, speak to a person who will sort out your issues. No hanging on the phone for half an hour before speaking to someone. Getting through to somebody who can deal with your issues in one call. It is so different to other financial institutions in the way they value their customers. Reviewed on: 8th October 2024

I needed a savings account to help to save for improvements to my house, I wasn't tied in and managed to get a job ticked off half way through my savings, it was good that I could withdraw without penalty.. Reviewed on: 7th October 2024

The staff are always first class ,helpful and friendly.However for me it was time to move on to a facility where I can bank online at my leisure and move my money around without leaving the house.Also it has to be said better savings rates are out there. Reviewed on: 30th September 2024
