Fabulous company with great charges.

I have a pug - they are prone to eye injuries. Our vet and our vet dropped the ball big style. My baby had to be admitted to the vet hospital and stay 2 nights. BBM payed out direct to the vet without a question and even refunded the balance between the excess and what I had already paid. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Sneakily expensive

3 years I had insurance despite no claims insurance increased by 50%. £10 FIRST YEAR, 18 NEXT THEN 26 FOR 3RD YEAR Insurance was for a puppy when started. Despite stating you will never pay more than a new customer they would always find a way to riddle out of it on what seemed to be a technicality such as its a different product even though all amount stayed same literally product name was the only difference. They were the best and cheapest when they were a new company however 3 years passed and now to worst and one of the most expensive. Currently pay £9.50 (down from £26) with a new provider with slightly better coverage Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
