Fantastic

Brilliant team of people, nothing is too much trouble I can claim stress free, worry free, I get email updates and every month they email with my direct debit amount. Highly recommend to anyone who needs pet insurance Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

BBM do exactly as they say they will !

Best insurance for my kitten by far!

Amazing insurers for all pets! Recommended by our friends so we took this insurance out and within a few days our kitten became unwell and he needed to be seen to. The FirstVet service was brilliant and we felt at ease immediately. The recommendation also gives you good treats as a customer so it’s a win win. Definitely a fab insurer and leaders in the market! A great pet insurance company.

The communication has been outstanding throughout since starting my policy. I believe that pet insurance policy offers a fair price for great cover. I have yet to claim but hopefully that will be as smooth as everything else. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Simply the Best

All you could ask for in a service. Easy to engage, monthly billing, digital at core, advice and guidance on how to keep your pets healthy, and the FirstVet service is brilliant. Overall a great customer experience, a great service, a great product, and one that is built around the customer and the pet. Although price is a factor, I don’t think about it with BBM. I would give you 11 stars if I could!

Excellent Cover

I was recommended to try Bought By Many as my annual premium had gone up by 25% (again) despite no claims in 4 years. I have almost halved the monthly premium for double the cover, so very impressed. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Great value and simple policies

Bought by many are great value in comparison to other quotes I had for similar cover. Their policies are simple and easy to understand and making a claim was really easy to complete online so no time spent on the phone. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Very impressed

What a fantastic company to deal with! Had our pup to the vets for investigations and didn’t have a total for the claim so couldn’t fill in the online form and had to phone. My call was answered straight away and the call handler was helpful and knowledgeable of the process. My claim was handled very quickly and I was kept in the loop with regular updates along the way.
