Excellent claim settlement

Unfortunately I have had to make two claims however the claim process was extremely easy and only had to fill in a form online and money paid directly into bank fairly quickly. Also the policy I have I only need to pay one excess per year if I make a claim. Best policy and conditions I have ever had. Will definitely not move to anyone else Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

One of the few that recognises our dogs specific breed which gives us peace of mind that should we ever need to use the insurance, we won't have issues surrounding the information we've provided. The price was competitive too. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

On taking out Susan's policy (cat) I was advised if no claim in first year a % of premiums would be paid back. I promptly forgot and had a pleasant surprise one year later when money landed in my bank account. I've since had to make 1 small claim which was actually less than the £70 excess I had opted for. I had forgotten about this but after the very easy on-line claims process it was successful. Although I wasnt paid anything it is confirmed if Susan has the same issue I think within a year my excess is only £11 now before insurance will pay out. Hope fully she doesn't need it but worth claiming even if bill is below excess. On occasions I have phone due to me being a bit of a technophobe excellent friendly service! Bought by many is the best pet insurance I have ever come across . The prices are fantastic and your claims are dealt with very quickly and efficiently . You can claim online and it is very simple to do . No other pet insurance comes close and I would very highly recommend. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Like many, we adopted a lockdown dog. The first time in many years of owning a dog, we wanted an insurance policy that is straight forward and easy to understand. After much searching, we found that with Bought by Many. Unfortunately only after six weeks we had a make a claim, I was worried about this but the fab customer service member was nothing but helpful, knowledgeable and kind. she guided me through the easy process. You can claim online but I needed a little advice so called. Peace of mind knowing our precious little girl is covered by Bought by Many..
