What a fantastic company to deal with! Had our pup to the vets for investigations and didn’t have a total for the claim so couldn’t fill in the online form and had to phone. My call was answered straight away and the call handler was helpful and knowledgeable of the process. My claim was handled very quickly and I was kept in the loop with regular updates along the way.
