BBM do exactly as they say they will !

Best insurance for my kitten by far!

Amazing insurers for all pets! Recommended by our friends so we took this insurance out and within a few days our kitten became unwell and he needed to be seen to. The FirstVet service was brilliant and we felt at ease immediately. The recommendation also gives you good treats as a customer so it’s a win win. Definitely a fab insurer and leaders in the market! Simply the Best

All you could ask for in a service. Easy to engage, monthly billing, digital at core, advice and guidance on how to keep your pets healthy, and the FirstVet service is brilliant. Overall a great customer experience, a great service, a great product, and one that is built around the customer and the pet. Although price is a factor, I don’t think about it with BBM. What a fantastic company to deal with! Had our pup to the vets for investigations and didn’t have a total for the claim so couldn’t fill in the online form and had to phone. My call was answered straight away and the call handler was helpful and knowledgeable of the process. My claim was handled very quickly and I was kept in the loop with regular updates along the way.
