Easy!! Caring! Friendly! Everything you want to experience when your pet is ill.

My puppy Mollie is 6 months old but has been very poorly with a kidney problem. She has been backwards and forwards to the vet hospital at Cambridge for investigations and a pricey operation. Bought by many have been wonderful they have made it so easy to claim and are always so friendly and attentive on the phone. No hesitation in recommending BBM

Having changed to BBM over 4 years ago from another provider I have had nothing but excellent service, support and help when needed. Molly has twice been quite seriously ill under their policy and after doing the necessary checks with the vet they have been very prompt in reimbursing the vet fees. They also have the easiest on line claim form. I also found the included (at no extra cost) FirstVet video service very helpful and reassuring. Molly was appearing more unwell in the evening and I was considering an emergency out of hours vet appointment. After speaking to FirstVet it was felt she would be ok until the morning when I could make an appointment. They were right. Molly has since fully recovered and is enjoying life. We had an addition to our small family 2 weeks ago. A 1 year old Lhasa Apso and the first thing I did was insure her under the BBM policy for dogs under 2 years old. Fixed price for life. It's good to have the peace of mind that as she gets older the insurance won't go sky high like some other providers' policies. For anyone out there looking for pet insurance I would have no hesitation in recommending BBM. (Best By Miles Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Very reasonably priced

After searching for years for the best pet insurance I have finally found a company that provides everything I need for my pet's and is very very reasonably priced. Other companies have totalled to nearly £300 for my 3 dog's and now its a less than £100. I'll never go anywhere else now. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Easy to deal with, no quibble and good value

Our Dalmatian has a lifelong issue regarding her skin and initially we were insured with Marks and Spencers. When came to renewal with M & S, to our horror and surprise they doubled the cost on the previous year. I contacted them and was told that if we had made one claim for more money it would have gone up less than making three claims for less money! It was clear they didn't want our further custom so I shopped around, which is very difficult when you have a dog with a lifetime problem. I came across Bought by Many and was very happy with the policies they offer including a lifetime illness policy at a lower premium than we'd been paying. This company have paid out on the claims we have made and one year the premium actually came down slightly-brilliant. The claim procedure is easy and efficient and I have had no hesitation in recommending Bought by Many to all my dog owner friends. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

My working cocker Bobbie, had a stomach blockage, the whole process ran for several months, my vet was happy to let the bill be paid at the end, this happened, all costs were met, I had taken the no excess option so the whole bill was covered. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
